We use a high-speed machine with a wet non-toxic solution to prepare the floor. So that anything that comes off the floor will stay contained in the solution. So, there is nothing to clean up when we are done. Next we detail the floor, then we apply multiple coats of our commercial grade sealer and our hybrid urethane finish. You can walk on the floors as soon as were done.

We have hardwood flooring throughout the first floor with bare spots and uneven color. Mr. Sandless came and applied stain coatings. After 24 hours, we have a band new shiny floor with uniform color throughout. It's truly amazing!

I am very happy with my refinished floor! It looks so much better. The old semi-gloss finish was old and worn, but I didn't want to deal with the time, mess, and cost required for stripping and sanding. This is the alternative I had been searching for! The entire service from consultation to close out was great, and our technician Brandon was excellent. He was very professional & friendly, arrived on time, and completed the job as promised by the end of the day. So glad I found Mr. Sandless!

On time & well done with much expertise. Emmanuelle & Landen were
very courteous & professional & very friendly. On the other hand. They sealed the dirty grout in the kitchen tile. It looks a mess. NOt worth the money they charge.
