Manual Physical Therapy & Concierge Services

I have been going for manual physical therapy with Joanne Pung for the last two years. She has provided unbelievable help and relief for my many physical pains ie.hip, back, knee. Her understanding of the body musculature is outstanding and she is always able to find the right spot to release your pain. Manual physical therapy is very different than regular physical therapy but I have found it more successful. Joanne is highly supportive, comforting professional who demonstrates a great desire to help her patients. Her office is clean and well stocked with drinks and snacks as you wait. Her husband who is the office manager is extremely warm and personable. i think there is always some disbelief in Joannes approach however based on all her patient feedback and mine personally I can recommend her services highly and am grateful that I found her.

I started my therapy so I could ski this winter. I had extreme pain on my right knee. It hurt just walking up and down stairs or walking on the beach. After a few sessions I went to Vermont on a ski trip. I was able to ski all morning without pain. I'm so thrilled with the results I've had.

Hi , Jocelyn Pung is wonderful. I had groin/hip pain two years ago and an xray confirmed hip degeneration. I went to traditional PT for a bit which did not help much. Did not do any cortisone shots.
Then I met Joanne. Had about three sessions before we left for the North and her recommendation of exercis.es to do. I was able to play tennis and pickleball that summer. Now two years later I contacted her for a "tune up". Can already tell a difference in range of motion and pain level after three sessions.
She has helped me postpone hip surgery and still play tennis, swim, short walks. etc.

Joann has been a miracle worker for me for some time. I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical when I started, tending to assume that she would be able to get results for my long-term pain by doing something as simple as applying pressure to various points on my body and “listening” to my muscles and the pain they’re experiencing. But consider me convinced. Her knowledge is bordering on encyclopedic and she has such an intuitive ability that has yielded great results for me and improved my quality of life. If you’re hesitant about whether to start treatment, don’t be. You won’t regret it.
