I made an appointment i'm a new patient i spoke with a lady that goes by the name jay.. i was very displeased with her attitude. I was confused by my doctor's last as well as what coverage my insurance would cover i gave her all my information however she was a bit agitated maybe overwhelmed. The people that work in customer service should have a better attitude. I'm only complaining because i'm a paramedic and I would treat people better even while doing a simple service. Thank you. J for making me feel stupid 🙃 once I get an all clear from this provider I will be going to look for a different clinic, thank you for ready.

I have so many good things to say about Manual PT, I don't know where to begin! First, this is a truly exceptional group of intelligent, compassionate and accommodating women. Due to unexpected health issues, my treatment program with them has been delayed on and off for months! Not only have they patiently worked with me, but their genuine concern has taken what could have been another avenue of stress, into a joy. I can't wait to go in for my treatments.

Unbelievable professionalism. Joann’s wealth of knowledge and experience has completely improved my shoulders and back problems. She’s highly receptive to understanding my pain and immediately responds with treatment plans. I had many doctors refer me for surgery and it was Joann that fixed my problems through physical therapy. I completely recommend her services.

Joanne is amazing! I never realized how my daughter with scoliosis was walking crooked and her overall posture was impacted. With a few sessions with Joanne- my daughter is no longer compensating with her walk and she is balanced in posture as well! Working with her I know has improved her curve and also preventing worsening as she goes through her growth spurt. Then I had my other daughter who plays tennis see her for knee pain. After ONE session- she had complete resolution of her pain as she relieved tightness and adjusted her sacroiliac joints with her pressure therapy. I highly recommend. It’s like a combination of PT with acupuncture but without the needles. I can’t say enough good things about Joanne and her services

These women and their unique therapy techniques have completely changed my life. I’ve spent the last 10 years in and out of doctors and all kinds of specialists for chronic pain issues of the whole body. After only a couple of weeks I was noticing the positive results. I’m now towards the end of treatment where I’ll continue to recalibrate my muscular system and manage the progress that’s been made. 3 months ago I couldn’t even pick up my 3 year old, let alone tend to the daily tasks of life, or attend to physical fitness activities for myself. Now… I can carry my little one (when necessary), I can ride my bike again, run errands without breaking them up across the week, and much more. I’m also sleeping better, waking up in less pain, and in general spending less time in pain.

I’m a 74 year old Male. About 3 years ago, I tore my left labrum playing lawnbowls. After the tear, every step I took was very painful. An orthopedic surgeon told me I needed a hip replacement to get rid of the pain. I went to a chiropractor and standard physical therapy instead. Over time, the pain began to decrease but never went away. About a month ago I walked into a Manual Physical Therapy Clinic on Prospect Rd in Sarasota and enquired about their service. I met Pam who is delightful and provided a brief explanation of how Manual Physical Therapy differes from the standard physical therapy. Then Pam introduced me to Lead Therapist, Joann Pung who evaluated my posture, my movements while walking, observing my joint mobility and muscle tightness. So I’ve spent most of my life in pain. I had mysterious leg pains since I was a child and then got rear ended twice in my mid twenties and was left with horrible neck and shoulder pain. I’ve done physical therapy, gone to a chiropractor for years but the pain always came back and progressively got worse. I had honestly given up on ever having a normal life - I figured I would never go back to kayaking and sports and just all the things I loved. Jocelyn showed up in my life like an angel- she has created a technique of physical therapy that I was First unsure(especially it being self pay) of but am now her biggest fan and believer. She has not only fixed my shoulder pain but is now helping me with my legs which doctors never found an answer for. All in the span of just 2 months.
