The Long Island Egress Pros team led by Miguel was courteous, professional, and responsive to my feedback. They arrived ~ 8:30 AM and left ~ 2 PM. Kudos to them and your firm for the egress install in the basement plus the replacing of a separate mini well & installing a dry well, cover & grate. Both look neat and well done!

Extra kudos truly go to Randy (the "Dealmaker" ) who was expedient, patient and responsive to my needs for the project, including enabling scope creep by an additional Ask by me which included addressing the 2nd basement window to be water-proofed from outside (crew replaced a separate mini well & installing a dry well, cover & grate). They installed a egress window at my home for my basement living space so some of you might say whats a egress window and why is it necessary to spend thousands on one when u could simply go upstairs through the stairs well fact is when most fires happen its hard to see and sometimes even breathe and most people panic with the fact there is a fire having the egress window makes it very simple to exit the area with simply lifting of latches and stepping into safety also as a FIre fighter i can tell u it is very easy to remove someone from a bad situation when a home has these windows installed cant stress enough on how important they are they can save someones life maybe even your own randy and his team did a great job and where totally personal about every detail I would recommend them to anyone who has a basement living area and me and my brother and sister fire fighters thank u...

Looking for an egress window. Look no further. LI Egress Pros are the best. Had my window installed 11/18/2020. Ryan and his team were very clean and professional. Best thing I ever added to my Basement Great Room. It added natural light, fresh air and not to mention the safety aspect. When they left at the end of the day it was like the window hand been there the whole time. No trace they had ever been there.

I had an egress window installed today. It was complete in one day, the workers worked extremely hard. Very respectful and knowledgeable. Everything about Long Island Egress Pros is top notch. From the initial consultation all the way through the installation, you can't ask for anything better. Ryan was great, even when on the day of install, things didn't start out smoothly. From start to finish the crew was professional. Raul and crew kept us informed as they proceeded. Cautious of the outside shrubbery and the inside wall and rug. Moldings around the window were mitered the best I have seen in 40 years. Cleanup was spot on. Now let me say the window is AMAZING. Brings so much light into the basement and we feel safer knowing there is a second escape out should we need it. Thank you Raul for your professionalism and your crew for a wonderful job.
