Egress Pros did an amazing job. We couldn't be happier. I have to admit how nervous I was having my foundation cut, but they were great to work with, super careful and the results speak for themselves. They had to remove the existing above grade window and re-brick the space it left. Carlos and his crew were terrific and the installation was done in a day. My egress window installation was a wonderful stress free experience. Thank you Long Island Egress Pros. Starting with Ron who came down for the estimate, who is very knowledgeable and explained the process exactly as it was done. On installation day we had an excellent crew headed by Miguel and his team. When they let my home you could not tell that a hole was dug and the foundation was cut that day. I couldn’t be happier with the way the men were so neat and conscious of my home. There wasn’t any evidence of any dust or debris when the job was completed. As for the beautiful job that was done, I couldn’t be happier. The work was fantastic. Except for the beautiful window in my house now, you would never know that it was done that day.
I would highly recommend Egress Pros to anyone having an egress window put it.
