I was walking in my condo association when by chance I met Ron. He had finished with a potential client when I asked him if he had a moment to give me a quote. Less than half hour later my job was in contract. Lou was amazing. From their, for town permits, I dealt with Lou… everything was handled accordingly. This past Friday, the crew foreman Carlos introduced himself and told me what would be done. He was superb and his crew also should be commended. I'm very pleased and satisfied with Egress Pros. The whole process was seamless from meeting with the sales rep to installation. The salesman answered all of my questions and concerns.The install team was on time, neat, delicate and finished the job in just 6 hours. I was a little worried because there were sprinklers where I wanted my window. There was no need to worry because this company digs the hole by hand and the sprinklers weren't an issue. The window is well built and brings a lot of light to my basement. It's nice to have fresh air in the basement. The window not only opens for egress it also opens from the top and has a screen. What a great process! Ron, the owner, was amazing from start to finish. He was patient and answered every single question we threw at him! He was never pushy. He was very clear about the egress window installation and costs. Juan, the crew leader, was amazing the day of the install! I still am in awe the three workers dug the hole by hand and completed the installation process in one work day. They were clean and polite. When Juan and his crew were finished, he showed us how the window works and answered all of new questions. We even had some rain since the install and everything is dry!
