Long Island Egress Pros

Every part of the process from estimate to scheduling to installation was easy and worry free. The installation team was great and left the work area---inside and outside---nearly spotless, all that was left behind was an amazing window, leaving our basement safer, brighter and more open feeling. These guys are pros and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Long Island Pros recently installed an egress window and replaced an old basement window at my house in the Hamptons. Ron was very professional and made the process very easy. Install was done in one day - they left my home’s interior and exterior with zero mess. The windows turned out great! Would definitely recommend Jorge and his crew.

This is one of those reviews that starts with "I don't typically leave reviews, but...". Long Island Egress Pros was great from start to finish. Ron came out to give us quote within a day or two of me calling. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Prior to the installation date I was having second thoughts about the placement of the window- I called Ron and he drove an hour out to see us right away and we walked through all of the scenarios again. Never was there any pressure to move forward but Ron assured us the project would come out great and he showed us pics of other homes they worked on with the same layout as ours. On installation day Ron showed up in the morning with Danny's crew and made sure they had all the details they needed before getting started. Danny and his team were also very neat and professional. Very highly recommend LI Egress Pros. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Danny and his team were professional from getting there early, solving some challenging installation issues, problem solving and staying until the work was complete. It is very nice to see a company live up to their strong reputation.

We had an egress installed yesterday. I thought it would be very disruptive and I was very concerned about COVID. However Ryan and his team lead by Raul were great. It was quick and very easy. They installed a basement egress window in March 2021.I am very happy with the product, the process and the results. The team arrived on time and they were all very professional. Ryan and Chuy provided excellent service. They were very clean and paid attention to detail and very pleasant and professional. They even put "covers" on their shoes when they were working inside the house. The finished result was exactly as promised and it looks great. I highly recommend them and would use them again.
