Removed old bilco doors and installed basement egress window. Ron was extremely informative in regards to what had to be done to meet our needs. He was always available and kept us informed as to the progress. The work was started when promised. His crew led by Jorge was very professional, courteous and did excellent work. The job was finished on time. When done, Jorge made sure that everything was cleaned up and the area was spotless. Ron followed up to confirm that everything was done to our satisfaction. Great company with a great staff. My wife and I wanted an egress in our basemement for years now, We saw the commercial on channel twelve while getting ready for work that morning, I called and spoke to Linda and she stopped by that week and gave us an estimate. Linda was very nice, professional and very knowlegable. Whenever I had questions she always picked up her phone and returned voicemails or text that I left.. We are finishing our basement as a play area for the kids and the first thing we wanted to do in order to feel safe with them playing down there is install an egress window. We got a few quotes and felt best about Egress Pros price. We also really enjoyed our consultation with Ron, so we told him it was a go and him, Jorge and their team were here 2 weeks later. It only took a few hours to install and we're so happy with how it turned out. As you can see, this is the first step, so our basement is still a mess, but the window looks so good and let's in so much light, it almost feels like the 1st floor of a house.

The Egress Pro team was excellent to work with. The team dug, installed and completed drywall work for two egress windows in our basement in less than five hours. Cleaned everything they touched inside and out and could not be happier with the results!!
