I am in the process of legalizing the basement and attic floors of my home. In order for this to be approved by the building department, it is necessary to have egress windows installed. The windows have openings that allows people to escape in the event of a fire. The most difficult part of this process was being told that the installation of a basement egress window means that a hole more then 4-5 feet deep has to be dug into the ground. When I called Egress Pros, I was immediately greeted by such a friendly person named Randy who made this process seem so simple. He indicated that his company installs hundreds of windows and digs underground pits on a daily basis, at least 100 times per month. I was immediately at ease, and knew that I wanted this company that has so much experience handle this project. An extremely knowledgeable man named Ron was the coordinator of this project....
