Long Island Egress Pros

We are finishing our basement as a play area for the kids and the first thing we wanted to do in order to feel safe with them playing down there is install an egress window. We got a few quotes and felt best about Egress Pros price. We also really enjoyed our consultation with Ron, so we told him it was a go and him, Jorge and their team were here 2 weeks later. It only took a few hours to install and we're so happy with how it turned out. As you can see, this is the first step, so our basement is still a mess, but the window looks so good and let's in so much light, it almost feels like the 1st floor of a house.

The Egress Pro team was excellent to work with. The team dug, installed and completed drywall work for two egress windows in our basement in less than five hours. Cleaned everything they touched inside and out and could not be happier with the results!!

They had installed an egress which was well built. The workers were very nice and respectful. With family members with dust allergies it was very much appreciated to have had a top covering placed to block out the dust. With them coming early, they were able to finish within a few hours of the same day.

Overall, I had a great experience with this company. Ryan was very professional, transparent and accommodating to our schedule. He thoroughly answered all questions and followed up during the installation. On the day of the install Miguel and his crew arrived on time and were professional throughout the process. They finished the job quickly and the end product was perfect. I really appreciated their customer first approach and would highly recommend Long Island Egress Pros.

Long island Egress Pros is the absolute best. Ryan provided a fair and honest estimate with a no pressure sales approach. Fully explained all steps of the installation process and provided many different options to meet our needs. On the day of the install Danny and his team were professional and their work was exemplary. After the job was complete you wouldn't have even known the install happened that day! Highly recommended!

Ron and his crew were amazing. Extremely professional as well as talented. They had several issues to deal with , drainage pipes as well as sprinkler lines had to be relocated before the egress window could be installed. Instead of asking me to call the sprinkler company they went to a local plumbing supply house picked up the materials they needed and relocated everything themselves. Exceptional service and positive attitude can only come from a thoughtful and well run organization.

I am extremely happy with the work completed by Egress Pros! Ryan explained everything that would be done (closed old doors; installed new walk out), stayed in contact throughout the work, answered any questions, and the final price remained true to quote. Abby and his crew did meticulous work, from start to finish, each day the were here (it was 91degrees, as they dug!). They were fast efficient, polite, and extremely neat. Could not be happier with the completed job! Highly recommend!
