Jorge and his crew where very professional. They checked and doubled checked. They explained and they reassured. The construction was was perfectly done and they cleaned up. I would definitely recommend this crew for every egress installation!

From Lynda our sales person, to the owner Randy and the crew on site everyone explained the process, reviewed the options and recommended the best solutions. The egress was built as described and on time. Despite some challenges when we opened the wall, we quickly determined a path forward and they executed. I would recommend to friends and family.

I am an architect and found this amazing company as they installed an Egress Window around the block from my house. I watched their well trained crew of three for 20 minutes as they worked in unison and knew that this was the company for me . I first contacted Ron Mayer who came by and showed me fotos of their step by step installation process and the final results . He gave me quick and smart answers and almost precisely what I independently estimated the cost would be . Subsequently Bruce Sanders came over three days later to do a Final Site Evaluation so we could move ahead and schedule the work . Three weeks later thier crew ,led by Giovanni , arrived at 8AM and were fininshed by 3:30 PM with a perfect installation . The crew of three were practiced and trained "pros" . I didnt even need to vacuum my impeccably finished basement . The interior finished trim was excellent...

From the initial contact with Egress Pros through the installation everyone we dealt with was professional and made sure they were exceeding our expectations. Ron handled the initial consultation and followed the project start to finish. Raul was the installation Team lead and went out of his way to insure the installation was as we expected. The Team all worked well together and left both the inside and outside work areas clean. It was a pleasure dealing with the entire Egress Pros Organization and highly recommend them.

Staff was friendly and professional

Long Island Egress Pros were fabulous. We had a leaking window in our basement that was not to code, and let in water every time we had a large storm. So we decided to fix it and bring our basement up to code at the same time. Ron came and consulted with us personally, provided great advice, service, and quality. Raul, the site manager on the day was friendly, efficient, communicative, and did a great job. The clean up was like no construction happened at all, either inside or out, and we are extremely happy with the end result. Nothing but good things to say about these guys. We highly recommend them, and putting in a proper egress window.
