Long Island Egress Pros

These guys installed an egress window and 4 small basement windows. They showed up on time, kept the area clean in our basement. Gave updates over the course of the day how the project was moving along. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to install an egress window. Randy did a great job detailing the different options we had for the egress on the initial consultation.

i FIRST HEARD ABOUT EGRESSPROS ON THE RADIO AND THEN ON CHANNEL 12 NEWS. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR AD BUT AFTER CALLING I WAS EVEN MORE IMPRESSED. I INITIALLY TALKED WITH RANDY WHO CONVINCED ME TO HIRE THEM. WE SCHEDULED A DATE THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WORKED DILEGENTLY THROUGHOUT THE DAY TO COMPLETE THE JOB. EGRESS PROS ARE THE COMPANY TO HIRE. LINDA WAS FANTASTIC COORDINATING THE JOB AND THEIR WORKERS WERE TOP KNOTCH. I WAS HAPPY TO TIP THEM AFTER.

I had the best experience with Egress Pros. So many phone calls and emails with Randy because I had a very specific situation with the state of NY, Randy always was patient with me. When finally got all permits, one day before installation someone came to do a final inspection and mark where the window will be installed- in and out. The next day -installation day-Raul the crew supervisor explained me with detail the process and timeline etc. The crew arrived around 8 and finished at 3. When I said finish let me detail that they left me house spotless and the job was VERY detailed oriented, clean and precise, it was like the window was always there, very nice window too. I highly recommend Egress Pros.

On Christmas Eve I had gotten an egress window installed. The crew was managed by Raul and they worked tirelessly from 8am until 5pm. I had a 48 x 48 window installed which I highly recommend and will be putting an additional one downstairs as well. Not only did they not stop for one break (I had made them coffee and supplied some snacks because I felt bad they were not going to lunch), but they had left both the inside and the outside immaculate. They were primarily working outside most of the time and for a short time inside at the end. They had made a small bubble to work in so the dust and debris did not go thru basement. Additionally, they were just a pleasure to deal with. From Randy who booked the job to Raul who managed the day of the job, I cannot say enough about this company!
