I don’t usually do reviews (good or bad) but I needed to express my wonderful experience with Egress Pro. From my first call to set up an appointment, to the finish product was a pleasure. I felt extremely comfortable with Ron. I trusted him from the minute I met him. He is a man of his word and there was no doubt in my mind that if I was going to proceed with the work I was going with Egress Pro. I had estimates for lower costs but paid more to go with this highly reliable company. It was installed yesterday and my gut was correct. I am thrilled with my new window. It has changed my entire basement. Miguel was here 35 minutes early followed by the rest of his crew.
