One of the best experiences I’ve had…..truly professional group of people from the inception. The owner took my call on a Sunday and could not have been nicer to speak with. He had his salesman (Ron Mayer) call me the next day and we set up an appt. What a delightful person. Not only extremely knowledgeable, but a pure pleasure. Felt like I’ve known him for years. Gave us multiple options for placement of our egress and choices of window types. (Not my experience with other companies). The installers arrived on time and got right to work. I hired EGRESS Pro to install an egress window in our basement. Our salesperson Linda was very consultative and walked us through the process from beginning to end. The day before the install, they sent an email explaining what to expect and how to prepare for the install. Linda called the day of to walk us through and to thank us for the business. There was no pressure to move forward, when we were ready to proceed it was very easy. They sent me the contract and we were scheduled for install that Monday.
