We contacted the company to inquire about their product. They answered our questions and scheduled on onsite visitation with Ron Mayer, an experienced sales pro. He arrived at our appointment on time, was professional, personable, trustworthy and courteous. He discussed options with us, never pressuring us. We selected the egress option that aligned with our needs. A timely follow up appointment was made for the installation. The installation team kindly greeted us and reviewed the plan for the day. They followed through on everything they promised. We absolutely LOVE the finished product! It not only allows sunlight and air into our space, but in case of an emergency we know we can exit safely. The process started with Ron, my wife and I felt very comfortable from the beginning of the demonstration. He showed us a sample of the windows and educate us on the type of window that was best for our basement and the installation process. We are extremely happy with the selection we made. We had an exterior entrance put in and it turned out amazing. The guys worked hard and the flagstone around it looks amazing. Highly recommend using Egress Pros!

Juan and his team did impeccable work when we hired them to do our egress. All done within an 8 hour day. I could not be more happy with how smooth the process was and how beautifully it came out. Everything went as planned, which is always good. Ron gave us a good estimate and was thorough explaining everything and scheduling the installation. Miguel and his team were efficient and professional throughout the installation, and as a result, the egress window looks great! We met with Ron at our house within the same week I called to make an appointment. He was courteous and informative, and we booked the installation within 2 weeks. The guys who came arrived on time, were polite and professional, and kept everything very neat. The install occurred within the same day and they cleaned up everything afterwards.
