It was well explained and easy to use. The window opens two ways and locks easily. It allows light into the basement. Carlos and the others in the crew left the room spotless. Our egress window install is about a week old and we are very happy so far. From start to finish Egress Pros have been very Professional. Ryan the salesman was very prompt, thoroughly explained everything, and showed us lots of pictures of how the install would go. We knew it was an expensive project, but Ryan was willing to work with us a bit on pricing. During install, Juan and his crew were great. Naturally it's a big messy job, but they did their very best to minimize the mess. They tarped off the yard to prevent as much yard damage as possible. They installed plastic in the basement to prevent a huge mess inside the house. There was very minimal cleanup afterwards both inside the house and outside.
