They arrived on time. Carlos explained everything that was to be done. He was very polite and educated about the product and job. Carlos showed us how to operate the egress window and cover. It was well explained and easy to use. The window opens two ways and locks easily. It allows light into the basement. Carlos and the others in the crew left the room spotless.
