I loved Long Island Egress Pros because they were extremely professional, courteous and explained the entire job throughout the process. Juan and Ron were amazing, patient and I highly recommend them to everyone!

Egress pros did a great job! We had an estimate by Ron who explained everything to us and helped us decide what we needed. They installed an egress window and a sunshine window in our basement, as well as a fireball by our heater. They came at 8 o’clock and were done by 2:30. The windows look amazing and are very easy to move through if there is an emergency. Miguel and Carlos and their team were very professional, friendly, and everything was left clean and neat. Highly recommend!

Ryan from Egress pros was super helpful with getting our permit for our egress window. The window was installed in one day and passed the inspection. While we are still waiting for the other basement window to be replaced (we were told it is on backorder for the past 2 months), we are happy with the egress window that was installed.

Long Island Egress Pros was an absolute pleasure to do business with! We were in the middle of an extension project and Ryan was called in to help us get an egress window for our finished basement. Ryan was so lovely and very professional. I am super organized, and I can say that this company met and exceeded all my expectations from the Doc-u-sign to the calendar invitations. The workers assigned to our project were such hard workers and did the job right. There was literally ZERO impact to my finished basement. They set up a sealed tarp and did all the work from outside. The finished product was fantastic and is a super addition to our finished basement room. Peace of mind knowing my children can escape in event of emergency, tremendous amounts of light, and can be opened for fresh air! Excellent experience and absolutely highly recommend!
