Long Island Egress Pros was an absolute pleasure to do business with! We were in the middle of an extension project and Ryan was called in to help us get an egress window for our finished basement. Ryan was so lovely and very professional. I am super organized, and I can say that this company met and exceeded all my expectations from the Doc-u-sign to the calendar invitations. The workers assigned to our project were such hard workers and did the job right. There was literally ZERO impact to my finished basement. They set up a sealed tarp and did all the work from outside. The finished product was fantastic and is a super addition to our finished basement room. Peace of mind knowing my children can escape in event of emergency, tremendous amounts of light, and can be opened for fresh air! Excellent experience and absolutely highly recommend! FIVE STARS! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Saturday installation was perfect. Carlos and his team were professional, friendly, knowledgable, and cleaned up everything inside and outside at the project site. I checked this morning after heavey rainfall overnight and found no leaks. Thank You Egress Pros! Tom and Carin

I am proud to say Egress Pros came to my house and did an EXCELLENT job. The ENTIRE crew was professional and friendly. They worked quick and “neat” which(if ya know me), is big with me lol. I had a great experience working with the Egress team. Ron was great to work with on the sales side, as he was very knowledgeable and transparent about the pre and post installation process. We couldn’t have asked for a better team, led by Miguel on the day of the installation. This was an all around 10/10 experience and the finished product turned out amazing as well. Thank you all again, will happily refer to anyone in need of these services.
