I worked with Ron Mayer who diagnosed the water issue with my basement and suggested solutions. He knew a practical and budget-friendly solution, of which I was grateful, being new to the area. Juan was the project manager on the job and he was fantastic, even switching out a troublesome window for one that was ready to be discarded but in better shape. I highly recommend Egress Pros! The installation team at Egress Pros was on time and advised me throughout the day of the progress, very courteous and professional. Thank you for doing an amazing job. Very hard workers. The window is great, it lets so much light in and is a stress reliever knowing that we have a second egress in case of an emergency.

Great experience!! My wife and I have been discussing an egress window ever since we moved in 5 years ago. I was worried about the damage it could cause because we had a finished basement. It caused none!!

Ron and Miguel made the process smooth and easy. The initial meeting with Ron was very easy. He had all the answers we needed and learned a lot about how egress works and what our options were.

The day of install Miguel and his team was extremely nice and professional. They protected down stairs and did the work without any issues. Once they were done the basement was just as clean as it was when they come.

The fact that they can put these windows into a finished space and make it look like it always belonged is unbelievable.

The entire process, from meeting with Ron in Sales, to the completion of the job, was handled very efficiently and professionally. Ron discussed each aspect of the process, and was there to answer any question I had. Then Juan and his crew came in, as scheduled, and worked non-stop to complete the job.
