I recently had the pleasure of working with Egress Pros in West Babylon for the installation of an Egress Pros Emergency Escape System, and I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience.
From start to finish, Carlos and his crew were spot on. They were very professional, courteous, and simply did amazing work. The quality of their work was outstanding, and they managed to complete the entire installation in just one day, which is very impressive.

I was walking in my condo association when by chance I met Ron. He had finished with a potential client when I asked him if he had a moment to give me a quote. Less than half hour later my job was in contract. Lou was amazing. From their, for town permits, I dealt with Lou… everything was handled accordingly. This past Friday, the crew foreman Carlos introduced himself and told me what would be done. He was superb and his crew also should be commended. In total, the egress took 6 hours from start to finish. Site was left clean and this customer was elated. Thank you Rob, Lou, Carlos, and the four crew members!

I'm very pleased and satisfied with Egress Pros. The whole process was seamless from meeting with the sales rep to installation. The salesman answered all of my questions and concerns.The install team was on time, neat, delicate and finished the job in just 6 hours. I was a little worried because there were sprinklers where I wanted my window. There was no need to worry because this company digs the hole by hand and the sprinklers weren't an issue. The window is well built and brings a lot of light to my basement. It's nice to have fresh air in the basement. The window not only opens for egress it also opens from the top and has a screen. I honestly never knew the whole process would be so easy. I highly recommend this company.They have over 450 five star reviews with pictures and happy customers including myself.

What a great process! Ron, the owner, was amazing from start to finish. He was patient and answered every single question we threw at him! He was never pushy. He was very clear about the egress window installation and costs. Juan, the crew leader, was amazing the day of the install! I still am in awe the three workers dug the hole by hand and completed the installation process in one work day. They were clean and polite. When Juan and his crew were finished, he showed us how the window works and answered all of new questions. We even had some rain since the install and everything is dry! I highly recommend using Egress Pros for your egress window needs!

Egress Pros installed an egress window in our basement, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The crew was professional and very clean - there was no trace of them ever being on my property. Although there was a hiccup with scheduling, we were put on the schedule quickly and the guys were finished in about 6 hours.
