Good quality and attention to detail. My only complaints stem from the use of fiberglass blown insulation in the attic and the over abundance of 14-2 wiring for branch circuits. An additional sub panel would have been helpful as well. Read more >

My wife and I signed on back in March of 2016, after about 11 months the home began to get completed and we were surprised to see after going through several different job superintendents and sales agents that it actually turned out to be perfect in every way. Takes some patience as a homebuyer these days because of shortage of good sub contractors and other issues that befall a builder. We are glad to be
