Working with Matt Benn was one of the best parts of my homebuilding journey. As many homeowners know, builders often fall short when it comes to warranty service with issues can get dragged out, ignored, or pushed from one department to another. But Matt was the exception.

He stepped up in a big way, personally making sure that my warranty items were addressed quickly and thoroughly. He didn’t just pass the buck-he followed through, kept me updated, and made sure things got done right. Even more impressively, he pushed to help me with a request to resolve maintenance issues with the over grown weeds in the yard Nextdoor that were caused by a different builder!!! That kind of extra effort is rare and truly appreciated.

Matt is a true professional who genuinely cares about his clients. If you're lucky enough to work with him, you’ll be in excellent hands.

I cant say enough about how please we are with Lillian Homes. Matt really did help our dreams come true. He is very kind and thoughtful and answered all the questions we had along the way of buying our first house. He went above and beyond trying to help make our dreams come true. From encouraging words to getting flowers replaced to checking up on contractors it made every step feel like he was walking right beside us the whole way. Our house, words can not express how happy we are with it. Its beautiful and very well insulated. I got that "its home " feel right from the beginning. I highly recommend Lillian Homes and Matt.
