She took all the time we needed to ask all our questions, kept in contact with us via email and phone calls as we discussed the floorplan and lot selections. She gathered all the pricing needed for us to make an educated selection on what we wanted. Responded promptly to all our text inquires, just went above and beyond to give us exceptional customer service. It was truly a great experience.

I recently purchased a home in the Woodstone Subdivision in Ferris, Texas. I noticed after closing that there was some items that the builder would need to come back and fix as part of warranty claim. The past builder representative John always seemed to have more on his plate then he was able to handle! Even to the fact not getting back in touch after multiple warranty claims filed. Not sure but feel pretty confident that this why he was let go from his position. Fast forward to the current Lillian builder representative Ryan. We have been very pleased with Ryan's prompt responses to all our warranty claims filed. He is very professional, personable and extremely easy to work! If he tells you he will have someone come repair, install or replace an item you can be very confident it is going to get completed.
