We had a tile issue that we needed repaired. We had to go through the warranty department at Lillian. We worked with Dixie Keel and she does an excellent job. She is proficient and has a great sense of urgency. Most of all she stays in communication throughout, no matter how short or long that process may take. I highly recommend working with her for any warranty needs. She is a great employee for Lillian.
