I see a lot of negative reviews regarding Lillian Homes. I wanted to share that I've experienced great service as it pertained to warranty work. Throughout the warranty period anything needing addressed was done in a timely manner and the warranty specialist followed up to insure the work was done to my satisfaction. In fact, just prior to my warranty expiring, I had the home inspected and found 9 items needing attention or review. Rudy (Lillian Warranty Specialist) was "Johnny on the spot"! We just closed on our home with Lillian two weeks ago. Initially we were paired with some individuals that left us with some very challenging situations. As a Real Estate Broker, I understand the problems, but we felt the problems were too much. I am a 20 year Army veteran, and we were desperately looking for stability.
