The entire process of buying our home from beginning to end was the worst home buying experience either of us has had. We were misled, lied to, threatened and forced to purchase additional stone that was the fault of the design center. Grant, in particular was hostile and refused to even communicate with us regarding the stone error. There were a lot of communication issues within the Lillian team. We would love the opportunity to sit down with the owner and discuss our experiences in hopes that Lillian will change their customer service ways! We have numerous warranty issuers after being in the home for a month and our wood floors are ruined and all Lillian will do is attempt to clean them and replace one area when numerous areas are coming unglued.
