TL;DR -
They stole my money, their houses are terrible quality, and get the house inspected because they're poorly put together.

They advertised a good interest rate as an incentive to buy the house. After paying earnest and moving forward, their preferred lender (offering the rate) drug their feet and waited until the day after I could back out and get my earnest money back to tell me that they weren't going to honor the good interest rate (even though my credit score is exceptional).

I asked their preferred lender, AMSW multiple times within 3-4 days of depositing the earnest money about the interest rates and they always gave a shady "let me follow up on that" answer.

BTW, get the home inspected (they'll tell you that you don't need to). My inspection showed that the cabinets were actually detaching from the walls, the floors...

Purchasing a house is never an easy decision and my experience at Lillian was pleasant and enjoyable. During the construction, they were transparent and always kept me posted on the progress and responsive to all the requests. The quality of the construction is of high standards. I have not got any issues with the house in the past two years after closing. I would highly recommend Kelly who is knowledgeable, and trustworthy if you are looking for a reliable resource to land a new home.

Let me start by saying thanks to our builder Alberto, and this review has nothing to do with you. Do not purchase a home with Lillian, but if you do, walk the land to make sure your land is leveled; furthermore, keep notes and get a different sales rep other than Kelly Burns (she was terrible). The following are only some of the issues we had with Lillian. This was the MOST stressful home buying situation we endured. The community we moved to also had John Houston homes available to build, and we haven't heard of any issues with their land. Kelly told us at the beginning of the process that Lillian was a whole lot cheaper than John Houston, and we see why. Starting out (first week) it seemed like it would be a smooth process. If I could give a lower star I would. I have been in my new build home for 2 years and have had constant plumbing issues. 3 different plumbers have come out and none of them know what is causing the issue. I live alone with 2 bathrooms, both toilets will clog and both showers and tub will clog at the same time. Most times I'm able to plunge one toilet but today I'm extremely fed up, everything has been clogged for hours. My washer has even backed up into my tub. This has gotten to be so expensive and Lillian has never tried to resolve the issue. The plumbing is only one issue I continue to have with Lillian. I have reached out to them with no avail. I have reached out to several plumbers and no one seems to know what the problem is. Idk who did the plumbing but it is a horrible job! I just ready to sale the house at this point.
