This company is running their business out of the owners home in our subdivision with employees reporting to work there which is highly against county code. Complete eyesore and traffic issues with all the equipment parked in the yard and street.

Our kitchen flooded yesterday and they came out as soon as we asked and were so conscientious, professional, friendly and completely capable of the demo that was done. Working on mold clean up now. Literally hope these people go out of business. It’s funny that they call there company a restoration company because you have to restore anything they touch. Please do yourself a favor and use someone else. They overcharged us for a kitchen restoration and then put flooring over rotted wood and cardboard. AND it took them 6 months to do it. We had to hire another contractor to finish. They are a joke and I urge you to never use them. Read more >

I was recommended Level Creek Restoration to lay carpet and fix some drywall after one of our rooms flooded. I called them and they were quick to make an appointment to have someone come out to get an estimate. Its been 3 weeks and I havent heard from them i called and was told I will be getting a call back and never got one. I was looking forward to working with this company because of all the great reviews but I am a little upset with their lack of communication.

I came back to edit this, I finally got a call a month later just for them to tell me they will not be working with me because I was paying out of pocket. When I clearly told them I was paying out of pocket and they said it wouldnt be a problem. Would not recommend them at all. Read more >

Level creek construction company they are wonderful they do excellent work. All the employees are very nice and courteous. And all the people in the office that answers the phone is wonderful. Jeremy is the one I deal with here at my house. And he is a wonderful human being. and he does a very nice job he make sure the work is complete and done good. Stephanie in the office the one that I deal with over the phone. She is wonderful very nice very polite very courteous. I had the great experience of using Level Creek for recent reconstruction from water damage. I can't say enough great things about this company. The work was led by Project Manager, Matt Smith who led a on time scheduled reconstruction team. The quality of the work was excellent surpassing my wife's white-glove test (:) Level Creek quickly adjusted to unforeseen events, retooling to close the gap with great workmanship. The workers were professional and courteous in the home at all times.

As good as all of that was, the cherry that topped off the work project is Level Creek returned to us the "overpaid money: we paid through the whole processing event. Who does that?
