We had a huge leak in our master closet that seeped into a second bedroom and the hallway which resulted in having to replace all of the carpet. Our insurance recommended Level Creek and the person we were in contact with was Steve. The contractors did a great job. There was one person that replaced our entire carpet and he did it in a span of two days. When the painters couldn't complete their job because they were assigned to another project, Steve came in to complete the painting himself which we appreciated. Communication was good and Steve always kept us updated. Scheduling was pushed back a little more than we would've liked but we understand that contractors are busy. We accidentally made an overpayment to them and the office quickly sent back a reimbursement check upon request. I would recommend them and use them again. Read more >
