We had a chimney leak which eventually made its way down into our living room and caused damage to our hardwood floors. We contacted Level Creek and they arrived the next day to assess the situation and put a plan into place. The entire Level Creek team was fantastic! Our project manager David was involved in every part of the restoration. From repairing the leak, to patching the drywall, to the floor refinishing, they were always professional. We had a water leak and my hardwood kitchen floors and island had to be replaced. I had the opportunity to work with this team as a result of an insurance claim. They were referred as 'among their best contractors' from Liberty Mutual. Turns out we were amazed at how this team was; very professional, timely and good communication. Level Creek's water mitigation services were mobilized within hours of our having filled a claim with our insurance carrier. Within about 2 weeks all the mitigation activities were complete and everything dried out. The work was first class and the service excellent.

Then their construction crews took over -- did drywall, trim, tile, electrical, painting work required to restore our home to the pre flooding condition. All was done while we continued to live in our home. The Level Creek workers were clean, polite, punctual, and, above all, proficient.

I Had a septic backup in my finished basement January 2023. At 6:30 a.m.,
I called Level Creek Restoration, because I remembered seeing their vans and trucks on the road, and Andy the owner answered! He generously offered to get me a Septic Company to come out that day (I had called 4 companies and no one could service that day). The representative, , Rasheed, from their Mitigation Team, was at my house by 8:00 and talked me through the process. By 9:00 the team was there cleaning and tearing down damaged walls, etc. They helped me understand the process of insurance adjusters and the process. Finally we arrived at the Restoration Team, lead by Trent Ferguson, who guided me thru the final process with much ability and ease.
