Ms. Bren Obermeier is incredible! My son is always so excited for his visits and has showed so much improvement since we started. His teachers at school rarely miss a chance to let him and myself know how much he's changed in just a short amount of time.
On our way to his last appointment my son said "Ms. Bren has changed my life". I couldn't be more pleased with our decision to come to lake worth counseling. Scheduling is always very easy as well!

So, after leaving this review the office manager emailed me asking me to change my google review.
Further proving that this is nowhere I’d recommend or return.
An email apologizing is fine- but asking me to change my review? Everything in it is truthful and accurate information I think clients deserve to know.

I’ve been going to this business the last couple months, but I won’t return.
Issue #1- my therapist was always late! Always!
#2- they charge $5 more than my copay. I have a set copay and good insurance. I find this tedious and ridiculous
#3- cancellation policy is a joke! They have a 24 hour cancel policy, but.... if your appt is on Monday, they email and text auto remind on Sunday but you can’t cancel after 2pm Saturday.
