My experience at LWC has been extremely welcoming . From the moment you open the door the ladies at the front greet you with a smile and good attitude. With the help of my counselor Tammy I have been able to overcome many things and enjoy a happier and healthier life. The whole staff at LWC tries there best to create a safe space for their customers.

Lendi is a wonderful counselor very courteous and helpful. I’m so happy to have her as my resource to better mental health. Everyone I deal with at this office are always friendly and helpful. I wanted to update and after talking to the owner personally over the phone. She was more than reasonable and understanding. I wasn’t in the right mindset when i made my last post. Far as insurance is concerned it wasn’t their fault and she actually personally took it upon herself to help I just choose to walk away angry. We’re going to move forward and I’m looking forward to getting the help that I need. She scheduled me in as soon as possible as well and was very concerned about what was going on.

The staff at LWC is tops. My family sees several of their therapist and relies on them to help us keep everyone anchored and well. No matter the age, the issue, or the needs, there’s a therapist for you at LWC. Moreover, they are the best with kids.

I have been seeing Ryan Thompson now since before Christmas and I can't tell you what a huge impact and difference he has made on me and my life. I feel as though he cares, listens and works with you in a way that is best for you and doesn't make you feel discredited about your situation. No matter how big or small you think the problem is, he has always walked me through.
Also, all of the staff is great, the front desk ladies are always very sweet and helpful.
