I brought my son to see a counselor. I then was admitted to the hospital and loss my job due to complications. I missed his next appointment and was charged the no show fee of $150. I understand policies so that's not where I'm disgusted. I'm disgusted that the therapist did not care enough to call and check on my child during the 45 minutes that we should have been there. I was told they didn't have time to call if a client didn't show up but yet you have time to charge me. The office manager ignored my concern and restated the policy. Again, I didn't ask the policy to be modified but if I'm paying you regardless if I'm there or not what's so difficult about calling during the time that I paid you. I have no trust in this facility and feel as though it's a money scheme. I called to speak with the therapist and never got a call back and then sent an email in which she still didn't...

Had a great visit with our counselor! She made us feel welcomed and able to open up :)

Was nice talking with someone who listened and felt like they even understood me.

I've been seeing Kristy for some time now and I absolutely love her. She has become someone I look forward to seeing and speaking with. One thing that I absolutely love about her is her way of helping you see other perspectives. She's very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend anyone I know to go and try her out!
