The experience has been amazing. From start to finish they treated me like family. From airport pickup they have been amazing. Beta is a great host, making sure everything is taken care of.

Top notch service from start to finish. Picked up from airport promptly, it took 20 seconds to cross border and 20 mins to hospital.
Entire staff is fantastic, nice and top notch. I’ve gotten better service here than in the states. Dr Ilan comes to the room, answers all questions, and they wheelchair you out to OP room. Before you get to room, you’re knocked out and wake up with procedure already done.
It was awesome.

Beto, flor, the nurses and all the docs were very accommodating. The rooms came equipped with tv and YouTube/netflix.

I’ve had such a great experience with Hospital BCN. Mr Beto took such great care of us along with many of the nurses. Beto helped carry our bags, make us feel settled in our room. And made sure we had everything we needed. So grateful for this experience.

This team is amazing. It starts with Henry in coordinating, to transportation (Louis), reception (Mariel), and Beto as our valet. These people are with you from the planning stage until you leave to go home. They are the best to have by your side. Then to surgery day, Dr illan and the entire surgical team are the best and they generally care about their patients and comfort. I would recommend this hospital and team every single time.

From the moment I got here everyone was so kind, accommodating and so helpful. Beto helped me with walking down the halls with no hesitation. I felt extremely safe knowing he was here. He cares and it shows. He and the entire staff give you the royal treatment. You ring the buzzer and within a 2 seconds someone is here to help and do whatever u need to feel comfortable and help. Best hospital experience ever. The states need to learn from this hospital. I’ve had 2 surgeries on my back and neck this year and this knocks them out of the park. I feel like I’m on a vacation. Visited Hospital BC for a gastric sleeve. The warmth and attention of all staff is precious. You have a driver to pick you up in San Diego ( my driver was Salvador), you have a personal valet that checks on you all the time (my valet was Luis). A “night coordinator” (Beto) . Doctors and nurses visit you frequently, you don’t feel abandoned. My doctor is Jalil Illan., the sweetest person ever. If you live in the US and are considering a gastric sleeve, consider Hospital BCN.
