My experience from researching, to asking ALL of my questions, to booking, to arrival… has been TOP TIER. Juan Carlos, Hector, Beto, Dr. Jalil Illan, and all of the nurses/staff have been very hospitable, kind, encouraging, and hands on! There were no doubts in my decision before or during and I’m blessed to have had a wonderful experience and will recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I had a gastric sleeve done here and I cannot say enough nice things about this place! The hospital is very clean and welcoming and the staff is beyond helpful and very professional! I'd highly recommend this facility to anyone looking into doing bariatric surgery.

My experience was amazing 10 out of 10. From the moment Sal picked me up at the airport till the moment Sal drive me back to the airport everything was amazing. Sal was determined to keep conversation going so it was never a dull moment. He's definitely a great guy. As soon as I arrived at the hospital the staff were ALL AMAZING. I'm sorry I can't remember everyone's names but if you was there you were amazing... I can tell you Beto was amazing he always tendered to any need or concern I had. I really liked how he was an open and honest person... Dr. Illian you was an amzing doctor. Ready to answer any question I had...Again I rate this hospital and staff a 10 of 10.

After years of struggling with weight loss, trying ever fad diet out there along with lots of exercise, I've had little to no success. But after talking with some family friends that have been to Hospital BC and have had great success. We began our research looking into other Hospitals in the states and in Tijuana. After a lot of thought and prayers we ultimately came back to Hospital BC to have a bariatric gastric sleeve for me. We have had so many great experiences from Carlos scheduling and answering all our questions and concerns and getting us set up to come down. The hotel that we stayed at the first night was a really nice place. From Sal, Fred and Beto the chauffeurs that were great at helping with getting us from San Diego to Tijuana, helping with interpretation and sharing their personal story's, making us laugh when we needed a break up from feeling anxious. I have been so well taken care of. Dr Illan is very attentive to make sure I was comfortable. The surgery went great I feel really good just 24hs after surgery the staff is so nice. Beto is awesome really nive guy , and so helpful, my coordinator Henry was also great and answered any all all questions i had before i even got here. I will highly recommend this hospital to family and friends, and I will be back!
