I have to say this has been an pleasant experience for me! Starting from the coordinating, the drivers, the nurses. Everyone treats you like family and they actually care about their patients. Big shout out to Beto for helping us with everything, being kind and going as far as providing nearby food for my companion. Do not look any further, HOSPITAL BC is the best choice ❤️

I was picked up from the border by Sal, who was extremely friendly and welcoming. I was taken directly to the hospital, where met my coordinator, Henry, who was amazing and very thorough in answering all of my questions. At the hospital I completed blood work, got a chest X-ray, and an EKG.

I was admitted to the hospital on Thursday and had my surgery on Friday. On the day of surgery, I was encouraged to walk as tolerated. By the next day, I was able to shower and walk around the hospital grounds.

Since my husband came with me, we upgraded to a master suite. Beto was also incredibly attentive—he helped us move all of our belongings and even offered to take my husband out to get tacos (the hospital also has a cafeteria).

So far, it has been a great experience, and I am very happy with the care and support I’ve received.

I came alone from Delaware and the experience was extremely pleasant from the arrival time up until post op. You have several people coming in and check on you every hour. I was nervous up until I met with the first driver coordinator Saul, and every single nurse, assistant after. Beto was extremely helpful, the massage I got from the dental and spa Kamari I believe her name was, was 10 stars! Highly recommend this place for service and hospitality

I have had a good experience Beto has been amazing and very easy to talk to overall happy.

I wanted to talk about my experience with the mini bypass surgery. This whole experience has been amazing. From the moment we arrived at the airport in San Diego to discharge day. The transportation department (Beto, Luis, Jaziel) were always on time and very accommodating, Beto and Luis were always checking on us making sure we were comfortable and on top of our needs. The nurses and doctors were very nice and helpful checking on me constantly. They were always giving my meds on time, making sure my incisions were not bleeding and just making sure I was comfortable and pain free. I am very lucky and blessed to have found this hospital to have my procedure done at. Best decision I ever made!

Got a gastric sleeve with Illan 10/10 experience! The entire stuff was very helpful, nice, and professional. Will definitely come back for another survey.

This has been the best choice I’ve ever made! Everyone has been amazing and so accommodating. The nurses, doctors, drivers, technicians, all have been so wonderful. Special shout out to Lydia, Sal, Luis, Elizabeth, Jenny & Beto because they are the only 6 names I remember.

BC hospital was great from the doctors, nurses, drivers, everyone was attentive and meet all my needs. Beto was fantastic he went above and beyond to meet mine and my husbands needs.
