Hospital BC

Hospital BC was great. From the caring staff when you are first picked up at the airport. To the receptionist. All of the staff are so kind and caring. Sal, Hector, Beto, Shamir, Diego, Isabell. I can’t name them all, but they were all so nice and accommodating. The hospital itself is kind of hidden away. It is clean, and modern, and my husband has visited the cafe a few times. A+ job from everyone.

I was a bit nervous at first but Henry walked me through the entire process & put my mind at ease. Top tier experience round the clock support state of the art facility looks better than so hospital in the states. I also on my last day got a facial at the spa down stairs I recommend this Hospital to anyone!

This hospital is amazing. This is my second visit to Hospital BC. From the time they pick me up at the airport until they took me back to the airport has been an amazing experience. The nurses, the doctors in the valets are also a tentative. You never have to wait long for anything. Beto is the man around here always so helpful. I really can’t say enough good things about Dr. Illan and his staff.

I had the best experience here!! I would recommend this place to everyone. Better assistance here than in the states hospital. You are their number 1 priority. You are a name not a number. Sal was great getting us to the hospital and another gentleman got us to the hotel. Louise picked us up at 6:15am from hotel and had taken us back to hospital. Never once did I feel unsafe. Beto was wonderful with translation if needed. The staff is amazing. Their knowledge on this procedure is impeccable. Several employees have been patients themselves. Very clean facilities hotel and hospital. I’m sad to go home but it’s ofc to my next chapter.

Beto was the best!! Also the staff was amazing!! My second time here and I will be coming back. I recommend HBC to anyone in need of changing their life!? A++

These are very warm and welcoming people at Hospital BC. Very knowledgeable,communication is excellent! Everyone is smiling naturally, not because they have to but because they're truly happy there.Henry,Beto,Sara,Sal,Lydia are just a few of the smiling faces and excellence personified.

Great experience all the staff and doctors where great very professional and helpful, Doctor Illan did a good job helped calm my nerves before surgery and Staff member Beto was great help . Good experience.

People have been very nice and pleasant , and if they don’t speak English they get someone that can .. berto and Luis were always here to answer questions and go for a walk with me

Hospital BC exceeded all expectations. I did extensive research before deciding where I would have surgery and I am happy to say that I made the correct choice. From the moment I decided, Henry was proactive with scheduling and answering my questions before I had a chance to ask. That continues yet today. Sal was the best logistician I have ever encountered - from arrival instructions to updates throughout the transit - par none 5 stars. Upon arrival Sara met me with a smile and got me all checked in. Beto has been by my side most of the time assisting with all of my questions and addressing any needs that arose. Luis took over during the evening and had the pleasure of hearing me ramble on about my kids and work while we strolled the halls. Waiting to meet Flor to go over my nutritional plan/diet etc but if she is anything like our pre-op emails - I have no worries....

I had gastric sleeve surgery here with the wonderful Dr. Illan and have been enjoying my stay here.

Sara is the wonderful front desk staff that greeted me upon arrival. She explained to me in detail what would be done in terms of pre op exams and checking into the hotel and further pre- op instructions.

Sal was my valet for the first day and he transported us from the hospital to the hotel and hotel to hospital on my surgery day. He also gave us a lot of recommendations to explore during our stay at the hotel. Beto is my current valet and he has been very attentive and kind. He has brought me my food and escorted me to get some post op exams. 😊

Carlos was my surgery coordinator and he had been so, so helpful in getting me prepped for my surgery and make sure that all things ran smoothly. He was always very quick to respond to me many...
