If I could give 10 stars I would. Dr Illan and his team were beyond my expectations!! Luis, Beto, Sarah and all the nurses were so generous and kind and very attentive. I recently flew to back to Tijuana for a revision mini gastric bypass surgery at Hospital BC, and I can honestly say the entire experience has exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and filled with compassion.

The hospital itself is extremely clean and modern, and the surgical team made me feel safe and cared for throughout the entire process. My surgery went incredibly well, and I’ve felt supported every step of the way.

What really sets Hospital BC apart, though, is the staff. Every single person I encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in my comfort and healing. I have to give a special shoutout to Beto—he is an absolute gem! He made sure I had everything I needed and constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable. His warmth and attentiveness made a huge difference in my recovery...

I couldn't be more thankful for the doctors and nurses and group of staff answering all my questions and being attentive to me at all times… Everyone I came across was very pleasant…

This hospital is absolutely incredible! Starting from scheduling the surgery with Carlos, transportation with Sal, and Beto taking care of us at the hospital! The physicians and nurses were fantastic. Receptionist at the front desk was always willing to help. I would absolutely recommend this hospital to anyone!

Dr. Illian and his staff are amazing. They made our stay here unforgettable. Chef Edwardo in the cafeteria stayed after closing time just to make a bunch of us supper and that meal was Delicious, not only this time, bet every time he cooked for us!!! Beto was amazing & tended to our every need! The night gentleman that changed out my daughters IV & gave her, her meds was amazing. If we could have all our medical care at Hospital BC, there’s no doubt that we would. We never expected this trip to go the way it did, but we have met so many wonderful people that we now can call family!❤️ We are so blessed to have crossed paths with you all!!
