Everything went fantastic from all the communication prior to flighting out to San Diego to getting picked up and brought to the hospital. All the drivers and staff were amazing. Especially Beto & Luis. They helped with anything I needed while I was staying at the hospital. Dr. Jalil was amazing surgery went great with no complications. If you are looking to have a gastric sleeve procedure done this would be the place.

Service is 10/10 from the transportation with Sal at airport pickup, from hotel to hospital with Mr. Luis and Mr. Beto they go above and beyond!!! The receptionist, the nursing staff both during the day and night shift are attentive and patient. And of course Dr. Rodas Nava was professional and thorough along with the providers that assist him during surgery. Food is warm and nutritious. All wrapped up with the professionalism of the care coordinator Ms. Amor!
They also offer Spa and Dental care in the same location which is a bonus for the patient's companion.

My experience at Hospital BC has been first-rate from start to finish. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and the staff have been amazing every step of the way. A special thank you to Beto, who went above and beyond as our translator — making us feel welcome, safe, and comfortable throughout our stay. Truly outstanding care!

It's been great here at Hospital BC. I am from the US and came for a gastric bypass revision. Everyone is nice and patient and they take the time to explain what's happening every step of the way. The doctor was more patient and spent more time explaining than any IS doctor I've ever seen. The after care is amazing and very much needed after such a major surgery. Everything is clean and I always felt safe. The companion bed is the only complaint. My 6'1" hubby found it very uncomfortable and far too short for him.

Nursing staff is really nice, everyone is very attentive to how you feel. Would recommend to anyone thinking about getting any kind of bariatric surgery.
