I recently purchased a new car from Kia of North Bay, and the experience was definitely 5 star. Both the salesman, Jim, and financial rep, Elysia-Marie, were friendly and knowledgeable; they answered all my questions with ease. I felt comfortable and all my needs were met. The service rep, Sandra, also introduced herself and got me ready for my first service appointment with my new car. The dealership is clean and well laid out, and they understand the value of taking care of repeat customers with valuable incentives. Definitely a place I would highly recommend!
