Don't know what people are talking about when they say the five star ratings are not for service or if they complain about service ... They took such good care of my old Sportage that it is 10 years old and going strong. Just purchased my brand new Sportage as a second vehicle from them and love how they treated me. Great service, staff is amazing there. Always a smile and sense of humour from them. I treat people with respect and a smile when I go in there and it shows...they go the extra mile every time. Just bought a car from them and they were GREAT! Melinda helped me from step one to now. If any issues came up she stepped in and helped as much as she could to get problems or issues resolved as soon as possible for me.
