I had to part ways with a car I loved. When I walked into KIA I was greeted by Robyn and she immediately put me at ease! I had a car in mind and she told me to drive it around until it feels like it's yours! It didn't take long to feel that way but it was pricier than I thought. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Leo and between Robyn, Leo, my mom (who wanted to see what i wanted too) and myself...we had a serious squirrel moment and had a wonderful chat! Then back to cars and Robyn showed me a few more that might better fit my price range..no way...loved the first one and both Robyn and Leo knew it. They truly worked miracles and I got my dream car! Fast forward to when I got to take my car home and I got to meet Elysia, we became fast friends! Overall it was great! Very kind staff who explained everything to me. They allowed a little negotiation and were able to work with me to make a deal I was happy with. Salesman (Ryan) was not pushy at all, which is something other dealerships should strive for. No sense being pushy with people who want to buy something from you. Good job North Bay Kia! Read more >
