Down side, took a week to get in because they are so busy.

KIA OF NORTH BAY has been great to me ever since I bought my car from there, they are always checking up on me everytime I drop by and do regular check ups to make sure everything is going smoothly, or how my car is preforming. There always willing to go beyond what is expected from them and it's a good group of people that work there, that treat you how you want to be treated. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!
