My experience with KIA of North Bay was wonderful! From setting up an initial appointment with Madison to driving off the lot in my new Sorento! Madison was very knowledgable about the vehicle and a pleasure to work with. I'm so happy with the Sorento. Such a smooth ride, tons of space and fun to drive.

Kia North Bay has been very good to me and my car. I had an issue and was able to get an appointment quickly and have the issue resolved quickly. the service team is easy to talk to and you are informed every step of the way what is going on. I like dealing with KIA because of the great service . Everyone's very,friendly
and always going out of there way to please me. That means alot to exspecially
with my busy schedule.

I had to attend Kia twice for the same issue. Turns out it was kinked supply tube for the window wash (front). The 2nd time I attended they provided me a brand new vehicle to drive, which I really appreciated. Service Manager (Mark) clearly cares about his customers.

Kia had fast service and cleaned my vehicle. Great day for me.
