I feel I am important to the team as opposed to a number in the que.

I went to see Thomas Ferris on Wednesday October 30th worried because my car was deemed un-fixable. Thomas had the perfect vehicle for me and one week later I was driving off the lot with a beautiful 2015 KIA Sportage. He went above a beyond to make my experience a great one! I loved dealing at kia of north bay because the staff were friendly and cheerful. The building was clean and comfortable. The sales staff were very helpful and not pushy. Even though it was quite busy there I felt well treated there. Koodo to the staff.

The salesman was knowledgeable and friendly, as were the other people at Kia that we had contact with. Felt they gave a fair trade-in. We have a Kia forte as well and have owned Kia's in the past and have always had great service.
