The Kia of North Bay is amazing and being professional, they provide the best experience from the moment you walk in. What a world class and life time experience you would get from them.

Normally I’m very pleased but they didn’t put down a paper in the front and they didn’t wash the car even though I asked.

Good service through most of our car buying process. There were definitely a few opportunities for improvement though.

KIA gave me good service. I had my all-seasons switched over to winter tires and it was done on time. They recommended some other services but not until I got there to pick up my car. I’ll have to take it back to get that service done, which is a bit of a hassle.
