KIA OF NORTH BAY

This was my first visit to the dealership since I purchased my brand new 2019 Kia Forte in the spring. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I relaxed in their comfy lounge while I waited for my winter tires to be installed.

The works get done fast and the people are friendly

I was overall satisfied with the service however I wished they could have assessed my vehicle sooner. The sorrento was making very loud noises when driving back from Toronto that I did not feel safe driving it so I brought it to Kia nov 19, they were unable to assess the vehicle until nov 27- I was happy that we had a second vehicle as that would have been an extensive time period to be without a vehicle.

The Service Department worked very hard to get me the best value and professional work done. They were polite and professional. I love KIA North Bay.

I recently had my vehicle cleaned at Kia of North Bay. I was very pleased with how thorough and quick the cleaning was. When my vehicle was ready I received a text message and when I arrived my keys and paperwork were ready to go. Recommend Kia of North Bay for all of your vehicle servicing.
