The staff was friendly and very cooperative as well as knowledgeable, they were quick to look after my car even though I was in one hour early. When they took my car, they offered me a beverage, The car was clean outside after servicing, they left the car inside fairly clean by using plastic seat cover and cardboard on the floor, then they remove the cardboard off the floor so it would not leave a mess.

Had a terrific experience. The staff especially Robin were so kind and helpful. I highly recommend anyone to go see for themselves. I was very impressed by the vehicle selection.

I recently went to Kia to look at getting out of my Wrangler and into a Kia Soul. After being dismissed and low-balled by Dodge (one would have thought they would have done the most to help/offered the best deal seeing as it was one of their own products; for reference, we're talking about a 2019 with 22,000 km on it in mint condition), I went to Kia and met Robyn.

I cannot say enough good things about Robyn's service and the Kia dealership itself. As a female, I often get treated as if I know nothing and that I'm totally gullible when I walk into a dealership, but Robyn and the team at Kia were a breath of fresh air. Kudos for treating all people as equals!

Their smiling friendly face is great to see. I had the brakes cleaned, alignment done, oil change and tires changed out. Oh and free wipers. My car comes back clean also.
