Had an issue with electrical system after service bulletin work on my 2013 Kia Soul but the Service Department staff were terrific 👍. Great communication about the status of the issue, plans and timelines. Truly felt valued as a customer. Issue was resolved and I certainly appreciated all of their efforts on my behalf.
