Just yesterday I purchased a new vehicle from North Bay Kia and I cannot believe how outstanding the service is! My vehicle was a total loss and I was in a time crunch to get a new car. I called probably 20 dealerships, and many would not sell the cars without 5k+ in warranties and add ons due to the shortage. Thankfully, I was able to reach north bay where they are NOT gouging their customers in these tough times. I essentially was able to get everything set up conveniently over text message, and it was all ready when I came to pick it up yesterday. I drove 4 hours to purchase this car, and even when this shortage is over, I would make the drive again to buy from North Bay Kia! Thank you so much to James for helping me out!
