It has been almost 2 mos. since we bought our “new to us” Kia Sorrento from Kia North Bay. This is our 3rd Sorrento so we obviously like the vehicle but were looking to upgrade to a newer model that could pull our small travel trailer.
Ayla was the first person we met as we walked through the door. It was a busy day there and she was obviously on her way somewhere but immediately stopped what she was doing and set out to answer all our questions about a model we’d seen on their website. She quickly organized an assessment of our trade-in and took us for a test drive. This was a significant upgrade for us and she was very knowledgeable about all the workings of the vehicle. She stayed in touch throughout the purchasing process, fielding questions and keeping us up to date.
