I called with an emergency about my Kia Sportage on a sat morning and without delay they had an appointment scheduled for the Monday morning opening. Also I’m not from North Bay I was camping and they got everything done as swiftly as possible even with ordering parts from Toronto. Excellent mechanic service and extremely nice customer service they are a high recommended!!

Had an excellent experience buying my new Sportage from Kia North Bay! From sales with Robyn to finance with Maddie. Got the exact vehicle I was looking with a little twist of red that I wasn’t planning but so happy that it happened. I would highly recommend heading down and dealing with their staff if you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle! Service is also great!
