I love Kia North Bay because of the friendly staff. My family has been part of the Kia North Bay family for many years, always leaving satisfied and comfortable with our experience. My most recent experience was trading in my 2020 Kia Forte for a 2024 Kia Seltos, Robyn went over and above to ensure I was happy and even found me the colour I wanted.

I was trying to purchase a used car with less than great credit, and the team of Elysia-Marie, Thomas and Bonnie made it seem easy! I got a wonderful 'new-to-me' Soul in my favorite colour complete with some shiny new parts! An upgrade from my older version and I'm loving it!

Great experience! 👍 Got in first thing in the morning, and had my vehicle back just after noon. Got a ride back to work with the friendly driver. Vehicle issue was with the brakes, determined on a previous service visit. They were all fixed up, and my vehicle was washed and inside dash cleaned. All in all,quick and friendly service. It even cost less than the original estimate! I'm always treated with respect and a friendly manner when I bring my vehicle in.
